    How to increase immune system naturally | Top 5 ways

    Immunity is called immunity or immunity in Hindi. It gives the body the ability to fight against any type of microorganisms (disease-causing bacteria, viruses, etc.), this gives our body the power to fight diseases.

    Foods play an important role in increasing the immunity of the body. Fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and they protect the body from various diseases.

    Researchers believe that diet, exercise, age, mental stress and other factors also affect immunity; apart from that a general healthy lifestyle is a very good way to increase immunity.

    Eat these things to make the body strong and increase immunity:-

    Anti-oxidants Food: Antioxidants, vitamins C, B and E are also found in superfoods like onions, garlic, ginger, carrots and even pumpkin. You can include any one of these in your daily diet. This will strengthen the immune system and help fight infections.

    Vitamin C foods: Vitamin C plays an important role in keeping the immune system strong. By making citrus fruits like guava, orange, gooseberry, berry, lemon etc. a part of your diet, you can increase your immunity. Apart from this, include basil leaves, spirulina, neem, green tea in your diet.

    Take Mulethi: Mulethi has many anti-viral, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is considered effective in curing many viral diseases. According to experts, liquor ice tea can be taken in case of cold and flu.

    Take turmeric: Include turmeric and black pepper in your diet. According to Ayurveda, this is an age-old, tried and tested recipe for boosting immunity.

    Turmeric, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, saffron etc. can be taken in the form of tea in a glass of water. Apart from this, turmeric milk is considered effective for increasing immunity.

    Take Cinnamon: The anti-oxidant properties present in cinnamon help prevent blood clotting and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Along with this, cinnamon also controls the blood sugar and cholesterol of the body.

    Take Flaxseed: Flaxseed is a very good immunity booster for our body. It has many properties to keep the body healthy.

    Regular consumption of laziness helps the body get rid of many diseases. Flaxseed contains alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3 and fatty acids which help in increasing the immunity of our body.
